Athletes who register on or before at the deadline stated by the club and Ezz Baily may elect to pay via a two-part payment plan. All amounts will  include taxes according to Spanish national VAT Law.

1. First payment (deposit): 300 Eur (following next 3 days of completion of the Registration Form. The athlete will receive a receipt email for the payment. This deposit can be subject of refund in case of application of the Training Tour Cancellation Insurance.
2. Final payment: Rest of total amount before 27th January 2023. 670 Eur for athletes with double room. 790 Eur for athletes in single room. 

Athletes who register after the deadline stated by the club and Ezz Baily will pay via one total payment. 

To elect the payment plan, an athlete needs to select the payment plan  during online registration by  choosing:

• Registration before deadline (two-part payment)
• Registration after deadline (one payment)

Furthermore. athletes who register after the deadline stated by the club and Ezz Baily will pay an extra-amount if the payment date is getting closer to the Training Camp.

• Date 1: Until two months prior to the beginning of the first Training Camp Day. +8% of total amount
• Date 2: Until one month prior to the beginning of the first Training Camp Day. +15% of total amount
• Date 3: Until 15 days prior to the beginning of the first Training Camp Day. +30% of total amount
• No registration will be admitted 14 days prior to the beginning of the Training Tour

Cancellations – Rules and Regulations of Ezz Baily Training Camp

Cancellations requests must be received through the Ezz Baily website during the following time frames in order to be eligible for a total or partial refund:

Athletes who have subscribed the Training Camp Cancellation Insurance with an ADDITIONAL COST OF 50 EUROS can apply for the following time frames:

• Until 45 days prior to the beginning of the Training Camp Day: 100% refund of the total amount 
• Until 21 days prior to the beginning of the Training Camp Day: 75% refund of the total amount
• Until 15 days prior to the beginning of the Training Camp Day: 50% refund of the total amount
• Until the last two days of the Training Camp Day: 25% refund of the total amount

Athletes who don't have subscribed the Training Camp Cancellation Insurance can apply for the following time frames:

• Until  1 month and a day prior to the beginning of the Training Camp: 30% refund of the total amount
• Any cancellation between 30 days and the beginning of the Training Camp will not have any refund

Any amount will be refundable if the club or the athlete re-sells the booked slot to another member.

Refunds will be transferred to the bank account you used during registration unless it is explicitly stated in the cancellation request that you want a credit transfer.  When transferring to a bank account the account holder and the athlete applying the cancellation must be the same person.
